Tip #283 - Our new Scan Function in Version 6.1
Common dictionaries have a Search Function.
Word Magic invented the Scan Function. In Version 6.1 you can look up a Word – just as you would in any other dictionary-- or you can "scan" it.
What is the SCAN FUNCTION.
Imagine a simple black-and-white picture. That’s what you get in regular dictionaries.
Then imagine a color picture.
Then imagine a color picture in 3D. That’s what our Search function is.
Then, take it to the next level and imagine a 3D X-ray of a word, just like in an MRI. That’s what our Scan Function is.
You can scan practically anything: Cities of the World. Birds. Plants. Anatomic organs or Diseases (in our Medical Dictionary). Even famous names: Look, for instance, at the scanned results for “Taylor”.
You will be surprised to find as much as 30 famous people with the name.
