Some customers (fortunately very few of them) sometimes complain that ESI does not translate well enough for them.
Our explanation is: No MT system in the world is capable of translating a text with 90% accuracy. As a matter of fact, accuracy can go very low or very high, depending on the severity of the criteria you use to grade the output.
Human edition is a must if you need your translated documents for a serious publication or for sensitive in-house communication.
